The goal of AT is to achieve a deepened state of rest through concentration. For this, short meaningful sentences are spoken which bring peace, heaviness and warmth into the body.
Jacobson‘s progressive muscle relaxation is based on alternating tensioning and relaxing groups of muscles such as the arms, back, stomach etc. The attention is thus focused on the change from tension to relaxation.
Visualisation means imagining something in one‘s mental eye. Visualisation exercises deepen relaxation and can develop inner spiritual processes.
The breathing and movement exercises of Qigong help relaxation and the elimination of energy blockages. Thus life energy can flow freely and pain is alleviated.
Dance and movement
With this offer, there is the joy of movement to music and the consciousness of one’s own body in the foreground. Simple circle and row dances speak to the body, spirit and soul.
Intuitive painting gives access to internal pictures, for example the creation of peace, force, wisdom or healing. With the help of a short body relaxation and a subsequent fantasy trip, these pictures, colours and forms can be discovered and expressed.
Working with clay
Free forming with clay leads to the joy of creative action and allows access to one‘s own creative sources.
Meditation is an exercise which helps one to be friends with oneself., to be at peace, to distance oneself from the self and one‘s problems and thus to discover new perspectives.
