The best way is to send us an email with your last and most important medical reports as PDF file attachments.

After studying your files, you will receive a detailed medical evaluation and a suggested treatment plan from our doctors.

If you decide to to be treated at BioMed Hospital and need help with your travel or have any questions about your accomodation or free time activities, you can ask us we would gladly be assisting you.

 

Private Patients will be billed directly by us. We allow us to ask for an advance payment when you arrive here, that will be calculated upon the treatment plan. For all questions outside the medical sector, our patient service will be happy assisting you.

What to do when the costs for needed treatments abroad exceed the financial possibilities?


We know that people with cancer are often in dire financial straits.

To help the patient to get liquidity we suggest US patients to contact Life Credit Company.

Very few people are aware that they can tap into their life insurance policy while they are alive.  Lifecredit can get liquidity to the patient today and pay the premiums of the policy to ensure that it stays in-force.

What should you think of before a hospitalization?


  • Passport / ID
  • creditcard or EC Card for advance payments
  • Allergy pass (informations about your allergies)
  • List of current medication
  • Address and contacts of your relatives or contact persons
  • Clothes for freetime activity as well and comfortable clothes for your instay
  • Houseslippers
  • Hairdryer
  • Toothpaste / brush
